Trails were well packed down. I only have Crampons and wore those 95% the other 5% I had on snow shoes for the ascent to North. Some softer areas. The heel lift was a saver.
This was very challenging. The .7 up to North took forever. There was a black cloud over the mountain. It is the only mountain so far that my fingers went numb. No views as we were socked in with clouds. Total trip time 6.5 hours. |
