Trail Maintenance Notes: Franconia Ridge between Liberty and LHS is a mess. Lots of blowdowns. Osseo had a few ugly ones near the top. Garfield ridge between Skook and Garfield wasn't too badm only a few down trees

Comments: Osseo was a highway. FR between Liberty and LHS is riddled with postholes and blow downs. Garfield ridge has been walked by four people..scoop it up while you can.
