Comments
Comments: Snowshoed roundtrip - 4-6" of powder on top of a frozen granular crust down low, 6-12" of powder on frozen granular base on Firewarden's Trail. Trail decently broken out and packed now - no sign of recent use of any other Mt. Hale trails or North Twin Trail. A good 2 feet of snow (base+powder on top) in upper elevations, with more coming down during the day.
