| Comments: |
Crawford Path from the trailhead to Mt. Pierce in good condition. Would recommend snowshoes or microspikes, as the snow is still a bit loose and slippery on top of a bit of an ice crust. Crawford Path from Pierce to Eisenhower needed to be broken, as snow from earlier in the week, along with wind had made the trail indistiguishable, though most of the cairns could be found with a careful eye. Mt. Eisenhower down the Edmands Path was also unbroken, and consisted of heavy snow drifts along the side of the peak until the trail turned fully downhill. |
