| Comments: |
Trail was frozen with about an inch of new snow that was no problem for our Hillsound crampons. Most others had microspike on. We carried our snowshoes but never needed them. It would have been difficult to wear snowshoes because of the frozen trail and random postholes from last weekend's rain/warm temps. Few patches of exposed ice along the way but the summit was mostly rock/patches of snow/ice. |
