Hancock lot was not plowed, we had a jeep so we just plowed through |

Snow - Unpacked Powder, Snow - Drifts, Snow/Ice - Monorail (Unstable) |

several smaller ones all easily crossed (except one bridge someone fell in due to shifting snow) |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Minimal blowdowns on the trails to the two peaks separately, they are easily navigated, between the two peaks the trees are a mess. |
