Comments: Great day to hike The Moose! Clear and cold, but not too much wind. This is always one of our favorites.

We had a great hike, and didn't mind being one of the first groups to help pack down the trail after our recent blizzard. However, two thoughtless individuals preceded before us up the trail, and fighting through their hundreds of postholes was kinda tiring. We met these two near the summit -- they didn't make it to the top, undoubtedly they were exhausted from what they were doing.

As we were nearing the junction near the south summit, a group from the Dartmouth Outing Club came through, and they were all wearing snowshoes! Kudos to them. And after this, the trail was very well broken out.

Aside from our issues with the postholers, it was a beautiful hike! Didn't see too many people, aside from the large group of students.
