Comments
Comments: Started in spikes, switched to snowshoes going up Blueberry Ledge and kept them on for the remainder of the hike. Trails are broken out but we would still recommend snowshoes as they are still a bit soft with drifts in places. Kate Sleeper trail has seen no traffic. Cold day but we stayed warm with the right gear (a couple mittens with a few glove/mitten liners were very helpful). Only saw one guy going up Whiteface. A pleasant hike to bring in the new year!
