Comments
Comments: There was lots of fresh powder on the trail. Only 1 person bare booted up leaving post holes up to the 1st lookout. We packed down the trail with snowshoes. There were a few rocks still catching on our snowshoes. We broke trail to the summit. It was tricky with the powder because you didn't know what was underneath it and we tripped over a few rocks. It was a beautiful blue sky day with views in all directions at the top. There were some White-winged cross bills at the summit. Hiked with alohabuffy and hikerdaughter. I would recommend snowshoes. Another snowstorm should cover the rest of the rocks.
