Comments
Comments: Did this one with Monica and some friends as one celebrated his non-winter 48 finish in winter-like conditions. There was about 1” of fresh snow at the bottom and maybe 3” at the top. None of the water crossings were frozen over but they were still easy to cross by rock hopping. Managed to get to within 1/4 or so from now he summit before putting the spikes on and then kept them on until the finish. Easy to navigate the rocks (snow covered) and ledge (bare) near the summit. Cold and windy.
