Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Gale River Loop Rd. was still open. We cleared a few blowdowns on the drive in. Construction vehicles are using the road, so I suspect that it will remain open longer than most roads. Haystack road was still open with a drive around blowdown just beyond the gate. Sawyer River Rd. and Zealand Roads were both gated on my return today.

Comments
Comments: Great day out today with little wind and mild temps. There was lots of running water in the trails with ice and slush. A dusting of snow down low to about 2" near the top. Micro-spikes worked great today. Waterproof boots a must. Hiked with J & J, Vinny, and Bruce today.
