Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Stayed the night at the tent site near the junction of Mt. Eisenhower Trail and Dry River Cutoff and planned to summit Mt. Isolation but the Dry River crossing was too sketchy. The smaller stream crossings on the way out were relatively easy
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Sections of Dry River Cutoff and Mt. Clinton Trail below (east of) Mizpah Hut had sections of large (12-14 inch dbh) blowdowns that required off trail navigation that was difficult in sections with an overnight pack. We were able to find our way back on trail each of the three times we were forced off trail to avoid the blowdowns. The crews will be busy over the next several months.

Bugs

Lost and Found
Lost and Found: lost nothing, found peace

Comments
Comments: we were expecting many more impassable sections of trail and some form of precipitation. It neither rained or snowed the two days we were out. a great overnight in the Whites!
