| Water Crossing Notes: |
All crossings were easy rockhops. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Trails in good condition, no blowdowns. The sign at the junction of the Garfield Trail and the Garfield Ridge Trail (Appalachian Trail) appears to have had the top part that says Appalachian Trail broken off and is presumably stolen. |

Rime ice at the top and no view but the ground was not icy. Nice pleasant hike up Garfield with Little Double D. His first 4000-footer. |
