If parking at ski area, please try not to block the stacks of snowmaking pipe. Some folks are parking next to these, which is probably not a smart idea, since the pipe is being taken down with a front end loader throughout the day, even on weekends. |

Some random black flies and quasi yellow jackets in the upper elevations on the Mt. Tecumseh Trail. |

Trails were mostly dry.
If using ski trails, use caution, as construction is in progress on many parts of the mountain.
Some nice fall foliage colors along some of the ski trails. The valley is not yet peak, however higher elevation birch trees have already dropped their leaves.
Pretty remarkable to see the smoke rising from the cliffs of Lost River from the various western facing viewpoints. |
