| Comments: |
A seasonably chilly morning starting out! The cooler breezes acted as good motivation to keep moving. Didn't encounter a single person until almost to the summit of Waumbek, then a surprising amount after beginning the final descent from Starr King. Thankful the clouds burned off to expose some of the vistas, but a few still lingered. The Presidential Range was generously in and out of the clouds most of the morning! Beautiful colors, fall is definitely in action. |
