| Parking/Access Road Notes: |
$5 a day parking fee. Arrived at Glen Falls parking lot just after 9am and got one of the last two or three spots near the trailhead. Could have squeezed a few more in if people parked straight and within reasonable distance from other parked cars. We were one of the last cars in the parking lot when we departed at 9:30pm. |

| Water Crossing Notes: |
1 insignificant water crossing on GBT. |
|
| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
GBT was well marked and maintained. Davis Path was a little overgrown and had some bog logs in need of replacement but overall pretty good condition. |

| Comments: |
Absolutely beautiful day on Saturday. Lots of people out hiking. More than a few groups at Mt Isolation fishing their 48 4ks (#30 for me). Returning back down GBT was a 3 hour knee-wrecker. Would consider Rocky Branch trail for return route next time and either have a car planted there or try my luck hitch hiking back to Glen Falls parking lot. Passed on Rocky Branch trail this time as people said it was a mess and hard to follow in some spots. |
