Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: I was able to rock hop all crossings on the way up, with only the second to last on the BondCliff trail (the one before the one with views) being tricky. I took my time with that one on the way up and used a stick for balance, so of course on the way down I lost my balance on a log and ended up with two wet feet. Wasn't a big deal as it was almost impossible to keep trail runners dry anyway with all the standing water on Lincoln Woods Trail and the bottom of Bondcliff Trail
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Couple step-overs but nothing significant.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: One came to say hi a little too energetically for someone running mile 20 of their hike, but as a runner this is to be expected I guess.
Bugs
Bugs: Not bad. Could we be almost done with black fly season?!?

Comments
Comments: Great day to be out. Standing water on Lincoln Woods was the biggest concern for this trail run. All trails couldn't have been in much better shape considering the amount of rainfall over the weekend. Skipped West Bond due to my right foot acting up but regretted doing so by the end of the hike...of course the discomfort went away as soon as I started heading back!
