 | Comments: |
Long two day loop to climb King Ravine Tr and Castle Ravine Tr. Freezing rain blew in on me about halfway up the final ascent of the King Ravine Tr w/ very limited visibility. Escorted some Australian Hikers who came up behind me (their first hike in the Whites) to Madison Hut and then hiked to Gray Knob. Climbed Castle Ravine day 2. Trails were surprisingly dry after the day 1 rain/fog event, but very windy both days. |
