Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Plentiful room at both lots (midweek); Hale Brook fee tube covered not sure about Zealand lot. Paved section of Zealand Road has some rough spots you may want to slow down for.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: All easily walked across. Crossings headed up to Zeacliff were low as well. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: All trails on this loop in excellent condition. One branch on upper half of Hale Brook Tr. could be cut back (might be a rib tickler if not seeing it). 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Only saw 1; water available throughout loop currently. 
Bugs
Bugs: Worst spot was on Zealand Road walk; deet kept them in check.

Comments: This loop was mostly dry trail with a few wet or muddy spots. Lots of nicely graded trails for easy hiking.
