It was a great day for a hike saw a couple of dogs and youngsters hiking! Great family hike! Bring your bug spray as there are a ton of black flys on the decent. There are a lot of straight aways, the first 2 miles fly by, it's basically a gradual ascent to the summit nothing too steep compared to other hikes in the Whites, the last .2 is a slightly steeper section of this trail to the summit but over all an awesome hike! The summit views are beautiful, the trail is maintained well and very easy to follow! |
