Water crossings very doable via rock-hopping without getting wet. |

Couple step overs and two duck under trees across trail |

Several dogs, all good. |

Some black flies lower elevations, walked fast and used eucalyptus oil spray to keep them at bay. |

200 yards or so of steep monorail near the summit is when traction aids are helpful. |
