Comments
Comments: Recent warming has decreased the amount of snow and ice. Gorge Brook Tr. has the most ice and snow we encountered and it presented little or no problems for those without traction provided we were careful to step on top of the numerous rocks poking above the snow. Things would have been more difficult on the descent. Snapper Ski Tr. had no ice. Carriage Rd. had none on the steeper sections.
