Comments
Comments: A lot of variety is what we saw on the trail - started out with a dry trail, a lot of mud and running water on Bunnell Notch, a monorail and snow on Kilkenny Ridge - but overall we were fine with microspikes and snowshoes certainly would have been overkill. We had a little bit of difficulty reaching the summit after the cabin, as it was easy to lose the trail in the snow and there were multiple trails of postholes, presumably of other people previously losing the trail, but we were able to find the monorail in most spots to bring us to the top.
