Comments
Comments: late start early finish on this always excellent loop. Brooks were flowing pretty well..glad for the bridges..packed snow and ice around 3600 feet..I put on spikes above there where it got icy but could have barebooted the whole hike today with care..fair amount of frozen snow and drifts in the woods on the final approach..fairly mild with 15 mph winds on summit..Carriage road in great shape..some mud and many blowdowns on Snapper slowed me down..Great day out with far reaching views..did not see another hiker today
