Trail Maintenance Notes: i picked up a decent amount of trash, which is sad, i understand things get dropped by accident occasionally, the cigarette butts really aggravate me though.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: saw 2 dog poop bags on the ground filled with poop........rather defeats the purpose doesn't it? your better off not even picking it up cause now all you did was litter.... humans baffle me

Comments
Comments: the monorail is melting and breaking apart in spots, but its still about 12 inch thick ice down low and a couple feet thick up higher. its super slippery without spikes so i would still recommend keeping those micro spikes with you on your hikes even though it is bare in a few spots. super windy and no views today but i hike lafayette every year on my bday no matter the weather. A great time as usual.
