| Comments: |
Lower trails were packed monorail. Higher summits had some snow drifts and some deeper snow that snowshoes would help preserve the trails. The trail was easy to follow and traction was all that was needed. Along the Carter Dome Trail was a low tree across the trail that we crawled under. The trail is narrow and close to branches making navigation in some areas a little slower/tricky.
Great day hiking with Rachel and Gypsy Hiker. |
