Long haul from Highland Center to Washington and back. Didn't see anyone until Lake of the Clouds - took Crawford around Eisenhower and Monroe on way up, but trails were tough to follow so went over on the way back. Light wind, very sunny. Party at Lake of Clouds hut. Light traction all day - carried snow shoes but did not use. Always bring sunscreen! |
