Trail Maintenance Notes: One ugly stump and blown down tree that was easy to walk around.
Dog-Related Notes

Comments
Comments: Sunshine and warm temps were followed by increasing clouds, and ice pellets spitting on the summit. Snow was wet and sticky down low but a little icy and crusty up high. Good snowshoe trench now somewhat chopped up by barebooters, of which we saw several, even people carrying their snowshoes on their packs. The summit was crowded at first, and then we had it to ourselves for long enough in the wind. Fine, clear panoramic views with all summits apparent except for the Presidentials, which were behind some clouds. Fine day with good camaraderie. KestrelReadings T=31 W=32 (NW) WC=14
