Comments
Comments: It actually was pretty good snowshoeing up to Passaconaway, somewhat of a hard base with trench, with a few spots where it was chewed up and postholed but the new snow was helping..3-6 new snow and drifting up high...Rollins was a face slapping, snow down neck type of day, but also broken out with drifted spots...had to stop to find trail a couple times..no views from the little side spots and south summit..ledges were controlled butt slides and reverse steps but not too tricky..heard voices coming up Dicey when I was on Rollins but when back at Ferncroft all vehicles were gone..a day with no view is better than a day at work!!
