Broke out 3-12" of fresh from Dodge all the way to near Middle Carter where met folks coming the other way. There are deeper drifts from the wind, too. Previous hiker left deep frozen postholes which were difficult to walk on/around, until they thankfully had given up and turned around. We did our best to smooth that mess out. Dome trail well packed and 19-Mile a sidewalk. Snowshoes needed everywhere but 19-Mile. It's deep off trail, too. |
