Comments
Comments: Nice morning on some fresh snow. About 2-3 inches of new snow down low and a little more, maybe 5 inches, higher up. Down low the trail is a post holed mess. Lots of ankle twisters. Above the third crossing trail condition improved greatly. One open seep just above the third crossing. Trail was solid under the fresh snow. I wore snowshoes all the way up and back down to below the Sosman junction where I switched to spikes. Some drifting up on the ridge 1-2 feet deep. Took the Sosman Trail to the summit at the split it was not broken out. Some drifting in there as well. Only saw 2 other people out today.
