Saw a few pooches on the trail today. Some open water for a drink. |

| Comments: |
Lots of hikers on the Crawford today (no surprise). Minimal ice, mostly hard packed snow. Some postholing above the Mizpah Cutoff. No problem. Carried the snowshoes but didn't need them. New snow will change all. |
