Bsrebooted on hard-packed trail to rattle river shelter. Looked like an easy day. Then snowshoes on and broke trail until a half mile before shelburne when the pup and I turned around as light and energy ran out. Second phase of hike took three times as long as the first. First time on this trail and it's a nice one with some of everything. Didn't see anyone else all day.
Snowshoes for sure after shelter. |
