Comments
Comments: Six cars at the lot when I started at 9am. Passed two groups at about 1.5mi, most wearing snowshoes. (They're best at this point, to avoid postholing.) Straightforward hike, little to no visibility at the summit, but mostly clear to the west along the ridge. Trails well broken out the whole easy, save isolated drifts and postholes just under and along the ridge. Little to no wind but quite brisk above treeline, with temps around the upper single digits. This is 39 of the NH winter 48 for me.
