Nice to meet Cumulus in the parking area. Lots of happy people out hiking on this last mild weather day of the week. Light snow made for a pretty day. Glimpses of blue skies. Snowshoes were useful going up and when stepping off trail. Going down they were awkward in side stepping, so I switched to microspikes. Didn't do any postholing and definitely easier. I have 7 more winter 48 to go. |
