Comments
Comments: Basin bushwhack from the Basin parking lot easy enough to find, though it's not right next to a "rock" some have referred to in the past. It's about 0.3 mi south of the parking lot - currently two tracks head in, both quickly merging onto the one bushwhack, so take either. Basin bushwhack not as well broken out yet, but should be by now. Main trail certainly easy to follow, still a little soft, but well broken-out. Most used boots with/without traction today; I used snowshoes from the steeper section up, and all the way down, to further pack the snow down.
