Comments
Comments: Some of the ski trails were closed and had mix of shallow hard packed snow, ice, rock. Stayed to the left on the way up the ski trails per request of ski patrol. Chose to wear snowshoes on the ski trails for the ascent bar and to keep them off my back. Wildcat ridge trail was an almost perfect snowshoe path all the way from the D platform to A. Thanks to the previous hikers (SBanks and co. and someone else who came up from 19 mile). OCD got the better of me and I made sure to smoothe out the bumps along the way :). Snow is still soft so barebooting would not be a good choice for the ridge.
Great time to get these peaks!
