| Comments: |
Minimal snow initially. Some mud and running water in the trail at some of the crossings around 1/3 of the way in. Steeps have a few inches of snow. A few significant drifts as you exit treeline. Bare booted to the top and put on micros for the steeps on the way down. 20F on top with winds gusting to about 40mph, sustained around 20mph. Visibility limited from one cairn to the next, if that. Counted 20 folks on the trail today. |
