Comments
Comments: 2" to start, and 5-6" at the summit. A few short bare stretches and a stretch of slush just above the ski slope overlook. The upper half mile is filling in nicely, though not quite ready for snowshoes just yet. I bare booted both ways without trouble. Most others were doing the same, though some opted for microspikes. They didn't seem to be managing any better as the snow was generally loose powder which spikes don't grab through.
