Beautiful snowy winter hike, saw around 9 people on the trail enjoying ,visibility tough on summit, windy but not too cold, the snow was coming down and covering the trail.Today was still too many rocks poking out for snow shoes, fluffy snow was easy for me to bare boot entire way, although spikes would be fine as some spots had ice underneath.I would say 5 inches at higher elevation with areas of deeper drifts, summit ice and rocks exposed. Great day to be out , feels like winter |
