Lincoln Woods was packed, not suprisingly on Columbus Day weekend. |

| Water Crossing Notes: |
Water crossings easily made with some care. The former beaver dam that the trail went over has been breached. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
There was one large blowdown just before 13 Falls Campsite, the caretaker cleared it on Saturday Morning. Recent work on Franconia Brook above 13 Falls, nice trail now. |

| Comments: |
Mostly all dry trail. A few muddy sections, but no boot suckers. Rhime Ice on South Twin, and temps dropped to freezing Saturday Night in the valley. |
