Comments
Comments: 2 to 4 inches of light snow covering over 90% of the trails. We hiked in all the way to the Hancock Loop and half way up the North Peak Bare Boots. There were some patches of ice then the spikes went on and probably should have sooner. Used Spikes the entire rest of the hike back out to the car. The ridge was nice and coming down the South peak was very slippery with snow and patches of ice. Very risky coming down without traction. Spend the money and be safe! Beautiful hike!
