Comments
Comments: Snow is back on the mountains... so I am back to writing reports. On the way up BLT there was a fleeting snow shower that made everything b-e-a-utiful (and) slick. We slowed down and took our time on the ledges and gave them the respect they deserve, so no issues. However, there was just enough ice, with a dusting of snow on the important hand and foot holds, that I thought a report was in order. I could have used light traction on the Rollins trail leaving the summit of WF, it was there that I saw the most significant amount of ice with a light cover of snow. I used spikes leaving Passaconaway on the East Loop. It was a terrific day, and it was fun running into Jolee? For the third time =) And it was great to meet WAUMBEK and put a face to all of his reports I have read. Awesome hike with B.F.
