Comments
Comments: Wild day today. Three different climate zones. Up to the first above tree line, then to the hut, and then on to Mt. Lafayette. Different conditions in each of these areas. Top of Mt. Lafayette was 20 Degrees with wind at about 50 mph or so with higher gusts. Wind Chill had to be below zero. Rime ice all over the place form the hut to the summit. Weird day. Wind was at your back on the way up and hitting you right in the face on the way down. Treacherous in spots on the way down. Met a lot of nice people up there today. Thanks!!!
