One large birch stepover on Air Line a few miles in. |

Very rocky terrain...very rough on canine pads. |

Air Line to Short Line was generally dry. Short Line had some muddy spots. Chemin Des Dames was dry, as was Air Line above tree line. Below treeline, there were a few extended muddy areas on the Air Line.
