Plenty of parking at the Elwell Trail trail head across from Wellington State Park. |

Not an issue -- the drought has made all crossings nearly bone dry. |

| Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Large, thigh-high, step-over blowdown on the southern section of the Pond Loop Trail -- this has been there for about a year now. |

None at all. |

| Comments: |
Always a nice leg-stretcher.
Water levels at Goose Pond are very low; shallow areas of pond, like the southern end near its outflow that are normally a foot deep and flowing, are now mud pits.
Upper end of pond, while low, is still home to a family of beavers. |
