Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: I skipped the first 2 crossing by taking the herd path, 3rd water crossing was good rock hopping, a good rain will make it difficult. The crossings on the North Twin Trail were easily jumped or rock hopped.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: North Twin Trial is good. At higher elevations it is very eroded from so much traffic, lots of rocks and lots of tree roots. Area for drainage were in good shape, no water though. Spur trial was good, down and up then back again.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Did not see any.
Bugs
Bugs: None
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Nothing.

Comments
Comments: The North Twin Trail gets lots of use. The parts with loose rocks can make foots slippery. Be sure your foot is planted or it rolls out from under you. Several good spots of dirt and time to stretch. The large rocks on top gave an excellent view. The Spur trail is hard. Down then back up. If your retracing your steps it makes you work. The view appears to be great (I had cloud coverage saw very little).
the 1.9 miles back to Haystack Road are very welcomed for a nice walk out.
