This was my first hike I did solo! It was quite a different experience from being with a group of people. I noticed sounds, sights, and smells I might not have noticed if I was not alone. For example, I saw a squirrel run off the trail and climb a tree. Then, I heard it fussing at me through the foliage. It was amazing!
There will be a trip report on my blog by the end of the week. |
