Bugs: None, must have been hiding from the thick cloud cover and on and off rain! 
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Found green cap, hung on tree branch extending into trail, if you think 3 feet off ground you'll bump into it, close to start. 
 
Comments
Comments: Reading the description of Caps Ridge Trail I scared myself, but knew it had to be challenged. I found up worse than down once above tree line.
The entire top of the mountain was socked in, no visibility at all. At times you had to wait for the wind to blow the clouds a bit to find the next cairn to go to. The rain on and off didn't help either.
I did find a nice blue berry patch not eaten yet so picked enough to make 1 batch of blue berry muffins...there are more...just need to look down!
