Comments
Comments: My last 48'r. After a 6 year hiatus from peakbagging the plan came together for a solo hike of Isolation via Glen Boulder to take advantage of the views. Glen Boulder trail was in good shape. Strong winds at Slide Peak, threw my jacket on and some long johns on below the peak. All and all a nice trip down to Isolation. Yellows starting to peak. Great feeling on top of Isolation. Huzzah!! Steep trip back up to treeline. Felt strong and continued on to Washington. Strong winds between Glen Boulder and Boott Spur. Rainbow over Washington. Tea in the summit house and down. Awesome time.
